You may have a small production run to build, 10 boards for example and don't have the man power or time. Woodroffe Technical Support can do that for you - as long as the boards are capable of being hand built. Even assemblies that are predominantly surface mount should not be a problem. You only need to supply the boards, components and schematics. Construction is to a high standard, as you would expect with hand built items and, because I am an experienced electronnics engineer, you do not have to worry if you do not yet have full documentation available – I can happily build from a schematic and do not require exhaustive component lists etc.
